Thankyou to the parents who attended the AGM, and to the current and new members of the Group Committee who have been elected into positions for 2004-5.

Group Leader

Our Group is still operating without the assistance of a Group Leader.  If you (or someone you know) would be willing to act as a liaison between the fabulous members of the Group Committee, Group Council and District Council please let a Leader know.  Remember we are all volunteers - every little bit helps.

Reminder

Please note that under no circumstances are parents or siblings to remain at section meetings unless they have been invited to stay by a Leader.  This is purely for insurance purposes and to ensure that the night is focussed on the youth members of that section.

New Uniform

The new Scouting uniform is now available in Snowgum.  Only shirts and belts (and some other optional items) can be purchased – the lower half of our Group’s uniform is to be navy blue pants (cargos are okay) and black shoes.  A picture showing the positioning of badges on the new uniform is displayed on the Group noticeboard and in our info section.  Members may choose to remain in the old uniform until 2009, but are reminded that either uniform must be worn in entirety.
